• The applicant must have completed at least two years schooling towards a selected major.
• At least three years must have elapsed since discontinuing studies and the applicant must be returning to complete requirements for graduation.
• The applicant must be registered as a student at Dixie State University.
• The applicant must use the scholarship to complete their first college degree.
• The applicant must be a citizen of the United States.
