• Applicant must have completed 24 college  credit hours (sophomore) to apply.
• Applicant must be registered at Utah Tech University.
• Applicant must be a graduate of a high school within the St. George “Dixie” Elks Lodge jurisdiction. This includes Washington County, Kane County and Fredonia, AZ.
• Applicant must be a citizen of the United States.
