At our awards night, a girl and a boy from each high school were recognized as student-of-the-year. They each received a gift bag with gift cards and cash. Following that 26 scholarships were awarded totaling $46,100 to our local students. These awards ranged from $500 to $5,000.  Awards were presented to Americanism essay winners as well as honor to two local ROTC Cadets of the Year.
